Problema con Emf spool Viewer

Emf spool Viewer , es una aplicacion hecha en visual basic, y que sirve para ver los archivos impresos que se guardan a la hora de imprimir!

pero tengo el siguiente problema, me muestra el siguiente error y no se como corregirlo.
Tengo los source files. x si acaso:
