Copias con fondo negro modo original toshiba 2860

Hola.......me he acostumbrado a trabajar la toshiba 2860 en imagen es decir saco las copias siempre en imagen y salen buenas, debido a que cuando las saco en original sale la copia del original mas un fondo negro en la totalidad de la hoja.
inicialmente pensé que era el cilindro pero luego el tecnico cambió el cilindro y el problema persiste y el no me da respuesta al respecto.

El equipo es analogo lo que te da una pista que si el optico esta sucio, la imagen es oscura y hay fondo,otra cosa es que la lampara este dañandose, y por consiguiente no emita la cantidad de luz necesaria, empieza por ai y despues si no solucionas el problñema te metes a ajustar la cantidad de la luz de la lampara para cada modo de copiado.

Hola........ Te pregunto: ¿la lampara se gradua con 05-90? o ¿como se hace?

gracias por la informacion, y disculpa un poco la ignorancia quisiera que me ayudaras para ser preciso con los comandos que unicamente manejan la lampara que me recomendastes ajustar.

por lo demás exelente tu informacion, tengo que investigar como manejarla para no cometer trastornos en el equipo y empeorar las cosas, entiende que estoy aprendiendo con mi 2860 pero no quisiera descontrolar lo que esté bien.

Los valores que tienes que mover son del 1 al 17, el rango es de 0 a 255 el valor inicial o por default, es 128, con los equipos aanalogos mientras mas incremnentes el valor de la expocision el resultado sera un aclaramiento en la copia, saludos y suerte.

los valores actuales en la toshiba 2860 son: por favor cuales me recomiendas que incremente.

El unico que esta fuera de rango es el item 5 ponlo de 75 a 128, que es el unico que me dices que copia mal es la exposicion automatica y se selecciona por default cuando enciendes la maquina es por eso que te sale la copia oscura, le falta luz, espero te sirva.
