problema al instalar windows

en win98 se instala pero da un error durante su instalacion. Luego tiene un fal funcionamiento. en xp directamente me anula la instalación y me da un error: driver_irql_not_less_or_equal la pc es nueva y el disco es de 40Gb, procesador celeron. Está bien que le haga un formato fat32 para xp????. Desde ya muchas gracias. |

el error te indica un fallo de volcado de pila, que posiblemente te indique que tu memoria o el procesador esten fallando.. checalos posiblemente tengas que cambiar algunas caracteristicas de tu procesador en labios de tu mother board..ojala te haya ayudado |
