Hello! I have a Canon MP160 printer a long time ago connected to my PC desktop with Windows10 and the day before I printed well, today I wanted to print and it told me that it is offline, and another message that tells me that Windows does not recognize the USB port. Which may be? how can I solve it?
Thank you

Hello, try another usb port, also update the driver or reinstall it for a version that offers windows or download a version of the manufacturer. When uninstalling, it tries to eliminate all traces of the driver.
Comment how you did.

Try using ccleaner or another similar to delete the current driver, restart, reinstall, if you have a version of the canon page.

I already did everything he told me and nothing appears to me this:
"NO USB DEVICE IS RECOGNIZED, THE LAST USB DEVICE THAT CONNECTED TO THIS EQUIPMENT WAS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY AND WINDOWS DID NOT RECOGNIZE IT"
I tried on my Notebook and the same message appears to me

Try another usb cable. Maybe this is flawed.

If it seems to me that I will have to get another cable, as soon as I get it, I'll tell you what happened.
Thank you very much for assisting me.
