I have a problem with the power in the radio I change power for a healthy one and I put the vatimeter and I get that I don't have any power or could it be that another component burned there that doesn't mark me any power?

The PA that you changed was because I was there or why a signal was coming in and I had power supply but it didn't come out?

If it was because it was there nothing else can be anything from the TX VCO, switching, power regulator, low output, and an uncountable amount of etc.

Repairs are made by measuring, following the scheme or service manual and analyzing what the problem is, act accordingly.

I have touched equipment with a welding missing since its manufacture / assembly and after years it stops working.

All that information and much more can be found in the service manual.

TX PO CNTL = TX Power Control or Emission Power Control .

The same IC also provides TUNE (Tuning) so that is the "/" bar because the two functions pass through it (and not only those functions provide since if I remember correctly it has 6 or 8 channels and this is only the channel N: 1).

You didn't answer if you only changed it because yes or the output module also failed

I doubt that you have a positive result in this way, I suggest that before the alternative of causing more damage than the equipment already has, consult a technical service specialized in RF or brand.

With that data I just have no idea what it can be ... front keys / buttons, microphone, water / humidity on the front, some regulator, PCB, bad installation etc.
